Registration Method: Registration for the payment by Bank Transfer by the following steps:

Step 1: Please use the following offline registration form to make the registration and the payment:

  1. [Authors with Accepted Papers] CIS’25_regular_registration_form.
  2. [Authors with short paper or long abstract submission / Participation without Paper] CIS’25_discounted_registration_form.

Step 2: Fill the Form and return it by email to <blxinsight@163.com> and <cis_conf@xidian.edu.cn>.

使用银行转账时，请在注册费的金额上加上银行额外收取的处理费，以免二次转账。

Important Notice:

  • To be included in the conference proceeding, each paper must be registered with the regular payment, i.e., RMB 3,900, and the payment must reach us NO LATER THAN November 30, 2025. That is, at least one author of a paper should make the regular registration.
  • Regular registration includes Lunch (2 Days in Main Conference), Reception, and Banquet.
  • All bank charge should be paid by authors.
  • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation confirmation is received before December 08, 2025 and payment is non-refundable thereafter.
  • Short paper or long abstract submission will not be included in the conference proceedings.
